Prachi Ananta Tamgadge, hails from rural area of Nagpur. Her father works as a labourer in a paper mill, with a monthly income that was just INR 6000. There are four members in her family. She completed her primary and secondary education in a local government school where she secured 91% and 61% in 10th and 12th standard respectively. She came to know about IDIA when she was in her 10th standard with the help of Vayunandan Charitable Trust, Nagpur.
Under guidance of IDIA Mumbai chapter she prepared for CLAT and MH-CET. Prachi really worked hard during her training and finally bagged admission at Government Law College, Mumbai. She is doing remarkably well in her studies. She also actively participates in college activities. She is an active member of National Service Scheme. She has interned with Urja Trust and Human Rights Law Network.
Prachi wants to prepare for the civil services examinations.
