Dharini MathurAdvisor

    Dharini is currently Senior Counsel at the International Finance Corporation (the World Bank Group) and advises on transactions and strategy across Asia. In 2014, Dharini was selected for the World Bank Group’s Global Business Leaders Program and in 2019 for the Corporate Leadership Programme. Prior to joining IFC, Dharini was in private practice and worked at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co (New Delhi, India), Davis Polk (Menlo Park, California, USA) and P&A Law Offices (New Delhi, India).

    Dharini has a LL.M from Harvard Law School, a B.C.L. from Oxford University where she was a Commonwealth Scholar and a BA LLB (Hons.) degree from the National Law School, Bangalore. Dharini is currently India Co-Chair of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance Network.

    At IDIA, Dharini works on mentorship, scholar development, partnerships and fund-raising initiatives.
