Anil Bhadu successfully managed to crack CLAT 2015 and secured an All India Rank of 42, thus securing admission at National Law school of India University, Bangalore. For the first time since IDIA’s inception in 2011, as many as two of our scholars managed to give such a stellar performance in the same academic year, the other being Yamuna Menon.
Anil grew up amidst adverse financial circumstances in Bikaner, Rajasthan. When he joined us a Trainee, his father was a truck driver and a part-time farmer, earning about Rs 5000 per month. This has never deterred Anil from excelling in his studies and working on his dream of becoming a successful legal professional. Throughout his student life, he has been highly motivated and has had an excellent academic record.
After his stellar performance in CLAT 2015, he got in touch with the IDIA Rajasthan Team and impressed our team in a very short span of time. Anil says that he was initially terrified during his first trimester at NLSIU. He expresses his appreciation to his IDIA mentors on campus for helping him settle in and being available to give him advice whenever he required it. Now, Anil has been preparing diligently for the Union Public Service Commission examinations as well as the state judicial service examinations.
In his free time, Anil enjoys playing cricket, reading fiction, engaging in Urdu poetry and watching movies (especially documentaries).
