This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) states IDIA Charitable Trust’s (“IDIA”) official policy on refund and cancellation of donations for our cause received on our payment gateway or otherwise.

1. No refund/cancellation request for any online donation made through the online payment gateway shall be entertained.
2. No refund of donation made in cash will be allowed.
3. If any in-kind support is received from the donor, the material shall be arranged to immediately reach any of our beneficiaries from marginalized backgrounds, who is in urgent need, unless the intended beneficiary is specifically expressed by the donor. Once the support material has been dispatched, we will not entertain requests for return of the donated material.
