Pavan hails from Ramadugu in Karimnagar district, Telangana. His story is one of true grit and determination. Despite his visual impairment and poverty, Pavan got into NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He is a terrific example of how determination and perseverance, coupled with the right guidance, can help one realise their potential. His father is a season labourer and his mother is a homemaker. His family income when he joined us as a trainee was just Rs. 98000 annually.
Pavan completed his schooling at Sai Junior College for the Blind in Hyderabad, and was trained by the IDIA Hyderabad Chapter. His academic performance in school was consistently great. Pavan admits to having always been interested in legal affairs.
Owing to his determination and hard work, Pavan made it to NALSAR Hyderabad in 2016. He graduated from NALSAR in 2021 and then went on to finish him masters in law from NALSAR. Currently he is working with ONGC as assistant legal advisor.
Pavan also enjoys playing chess.
