Pavan hails from Ramadugu in Karimnagar district, Telangana. His story is one of true grit and determination. Despite his visual impairment and poverty, Pavan got into NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He is a terrific example of how determination and perseverance, coupled with the right guidance, can help one realise their potential. His father is a season labourer and his mother is a homemaker. His family income when he joined us as a trainee was just Rs. 98000 annually.
Pavan completed his schooling at Sai Junior College for the Blind in Hyderabad, and was trained by the IDIA Hyderabad Chapter. His academic performance in school was consistently great. Pavan admits to having always been interested in legal affairs.
Described as a focused and hardworking student by the IDIA volunteers who trained him over two years, Pavan wants to focus on his interest in the law, and aims to make a difference in society armed with his legal knowledge. Pavan also enjoys playing chess.
