Ajay is from Ghatkopar, Mumbai, and his family includes his parents and siblings. As the eldest sibling, he has witnessed the financial challenges his family faces, with his father working as a mechanic and being the sole earner for their family of five.
Ajay studied at Modern English High School, Ghatkopar, where he was a diligent and hardworking student. He served as the captain of the school cricket team and played in the football and kho-kho teams. Apart from sports, he has a keen interest in Model United Nations, debating, reading, and anime.
Ajay discovered IDIA in the 11th standard through one of his teachers, who connected him to the IDIA Mumbai Chapter due to his interest in law. Through IDIA, he learned about career opportunities in law, which encouraged him to prepare for law entrance exams. He cleared MH-CET and joined ILS Pune in 2021.
As he continues to explore the legal field, Ajay realizes its vast potential and opportunities. He was a semi-finalist in the VIT National Moot Court Competition 2024 and has also published a blog titled “Data Privacy Regulations and Technological Advancement” in the International Journal of Pen Acclaims (ISSN 2581-5504), available at Pen Acclaims.
Ajay is actively working toward a career in corporate law and has been seeking internships to gain relevant experience. We are delighted to be a constant part of his journey.
