Meet Ritika Amlajiya, a determined individual hailing from the small town of Kelwara Tehsil Kumbhalgarh in the Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. Born into a middle-class family, Ritika’s father’s illness brought challenging times to her family, as he was the sole earner. However, amidst hardships, Ritika found inspiration to pursue law as a means to combat atrocities, discrimination, and corruption.
Witnessing the injustices and discrimination around her, Ritika felt compelled to bring about positive change in society. Alongside her brother, she aspired to achieve her dreams, but financial constraints seemed insurmountable. It was then that IDIA entered their lives, becoming a beacon of hope and empowerment. CJI Chandrachud’s leadership served as an inspiration, motivating Ritika to persevere in her pursuit of law.
As a smart and ambitious student, Ritika’s dedication to learning is unwavering. Supported by her mother’s encouragement, even during tough times, she believes in her ability to make a difference in society. Ritika’s passion for chess and reading books, coupled with her regular meditation practice, aids her in maintaining focus and balance in life.
In addition to her pursuit of law, Ritika has other passions that enrich her life. A skilled chess player and an avid reader, she finds solace in the game and enlightenment in the written word. Regular meditation practice helps her maintain focus and balance as she navigates through life’s challenges.
As Ritika Amlajiya’s journey unfolds, she emerges as an inspiring force, steadfast in her commitment to learning and effecting positive change. Empowered by IDIA’s support, she envisions a future where she can uplift individuals from similar backgrounds and create opportunities for them to pursue their dreams.
