Rajshekhar Ajad

Hailing from Dhata, a small village in the Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh, Rajshekhar Ajad’s journey is one of sheer grit and determination. Faced with the possibility of ending his education after 5th grade due to severe financial hardship, Rajshekhar’s life took a hopeful turn when he cracked the Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exam. The school provided free education and accommodation, enabling him to complete his schooling from 6th to 12th grade.

After completing school, Rajshekhar aspired to study law and bring justice to those like him who often go unheard. But the financial burden of preparing for and pursuing a legal education seemed impossible— until he discovered IDIA through YouTube. He reached out, and from that moment, his journey transformed.

With the unwavering support of IDIA mentors like Kritikar Sir and Shinto Sir, Rajshekhar received the study material, mentorship, and guidance he needed to prepare for CLAT. IDIA not only helped him academically but also instilled in him the belief that he could succeed. His hard work paid off when he secured admission at NLU Jodhpur, one of India’s premier law schools.

Rajshekhar dreams of becoming a lawyer who stands up for marginalized communities. He envisions starting a legal aid organization to offer affordable and accessible legal help to those in need. For him, law is more than a career—it’s a mission to bring justice and dignity to the underserved.

Rajshekhar has completed two internships as of now – one under Advocate Yash Tandon at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Prayagraj, and another one under Advocate Shri Sanjay Tripathi at the District and Sessions Court, Prayagraj. Further, he is a member of the Legal Aid and Awareness Committee (LAAC) at NLU Jodhpur.
