Kailash belongs to the Meghwal community and hails from Tekra village in Phalodi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He is the eldest son of a farmer who earned an annual income of ₹90,000, supporting a family of six. Due to financial constraints, Kailash’s younger sister had to discontinue her education after completing Class 8. Despite these challenges, Kailash remained committed to his studies, scoring 90% in Class 10 and 73% in Class 12. He particularly enjoyed mathematics and spent his free time playing cricket and football.
Growing up, Kailash witnessed several challenges faced by people in his village, especially land disputes and dowry-related issues. As a member of a Scheduled Caste community, he also experienced discrimination firsthand. These experiences inspired him to pursue law with the belief that it could become a powerful tool to secure justice for those who have been denied their rights and to spread legal awareness among marginalized communities.
Kailash secured the first rank in the Scheduled Caste category in AILET, earning admission to National Law University, Delhi. During law school, he interned with Presolv360, the Public Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL), Jaipur, and Dharmender Arya Associates at the Saket District Court, New Delhi, where he gained practical exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, and human rights advocacy.
After graduating, Kailash began preparing for the Rajasthan Judicial Services Examination in July 2023. His dedication and perseverance led to his successful selection to the Rajasthan Judicial Service. In January 2026, he commenced his one-year judicial training, taking a significant step towards fulfilling his aspiration of serving the judiciary and ensuring access to justice for all.
