Nausheen Fatima

Hailing from Ranchi, Jharkhand, Nausheen Fatima embodies quiet strength, academic excellence, and unwavering determination. Coming from a modest background—her father, a tailor battling chronic illness, and her mother, a pillar of resilience—Nausheen funded her own education by giving tuitions, never allowing hardships to derail her focus.

A student of Nirja Sahay DAV Public School, she excelled in academics, scoring 92% in Class 12 (Humanities, CBSE). Beyond academics, she shone in debate competitions and DAV National Sports (Badminton), proving herself to be a well-rounded achiever.

Inspired by her mother’s strength and driven by a passion for justice, Nausheen decided to pursue law. A self-learner during her CLAT preparation, her turning point came when she attended a sensitization session by the IDIA Jharkhand Chapter at her school. Motivated, she reached out and was mentored by Tushant Sir, receiving personalized guidance that strengthened her preparation.

With the support of her teachers and IDIA’s mentorship, Nausheen cracked CLAT in her first attempt and secured admission at NUSRL, Ranchi.

Today, she aspires to join the judiciary and dreams of offering legal aid to underprivileged communities. For Nausheen, law is a path to empowerment — and she’s determined to be the bridge that connects justice to those who need it most.
