Naveen Prince

Naveen Prince is an advocate from Teekoy, a village in Kottayam district, where he grew up in a family rooted in hard work and perseverance. His father works as an auto driver and his mother is employed at a petrol pump. Early exposure to community struggles, especially the lack of legal awareness and access to remedies, played an important role in shaping his interest in the law.

Naveen consistently excelled in academics, securing a 10/10 CGPA in his 10th grade and 94.6% in his intermediate examinations. He later prepared for the Common Law Admission Test and gained admission to the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, where he completed his degree with first class marks. His time at law school included work in legal research, student initiatives, community work, and multiple internships across criminal law, corporate law, and human rights.

He has been actively involved in organisations such as IDIA and Make A Difference, reflecting his interest in widening access to justice and supporting underrepresented communities. He has also participated in mooting, writing, and research, and was a runners-up at a national moot competition.

Naveen currently practises at the Pala Court under Senior Advocate George Joseph. His work is guided by the belief that the law should empower rather than exclude, and that financial or social barriers should never prevent someone from accessing justice.
