Navyalakshmi M is a BBA LL.B graduate from Government Law College, Kozhikode, under the University of Calicut. She is originally from Alappuzha, Kerala, and credits her upbringing for shaping her values, resilience, and determination.
She comes from a financially challenging background, which she identifies as one of her greatest strengths. Her father works as a daily wage labourer and her mother is a homemaker, and their perseverance and sacrifices played a central role in motivating her academic and professional journey. She is the younger daughter in her family and has been encouraged deeply by her sister, a B.Tech graduate currently seeking employment.
After completing higher secondary education, she prepared for the Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) and secured admission to Government Law College, Kozhikode. During her law studies, she developed a strong interest in litigation and access to justice.
She is currently practising as a junior advocate at Sameer & Bonzle Associates at the Alappuzha District Court, where she is gaining experience in court procedure, drafting, case preparation, and client interaction.
Navyalakshmi aims to build a career rooted in ethical practice and social responsibility, using the law as a tool to support vulnerable and marginalized communities.
